Return policy
We accept returns of items purchased through our website within 30 days, if the items are unopened. To obtain a full refund, items must be returned in its original packaging. Tudo-Beleza will also be responsible for the shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
You should expect to receive your refund within 4 weeks after you return your order to the return shipper. This time period includes the time needed for us to receive your refund from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes to us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We will notify you by e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.
Right of free settlement
In online sales, the consumer has a period of 14 days to rescind the sale contract without the payment of any compensation and without the need to state a reason. This 14 day-period shall run from the date of the order reception by the consumer.
To use the right of free settlement, the consumer must send (during the 14 day-period) a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt notifying the other part the will to terminate the contract.
Export restrictions
Deliveries outside Portugal are made in accordance with the following conditions: FOB - Free on Board; DDU - Delivery Duty Unpaid, Incoterms 2000, from the Leixões port, from the airport or from Toogas office.
All the costs relating to taxes or customs duties in the country of destination are full responsability of the buyer.
Please check the existence of special conditions for receiving the order in your home country before making the purchase.
Note: the purchase through online stores may imply additional costs of exporting, such as custom duties or exchange bank rates. Please check with the importation services of your country.
Cancelling orders
If you want to cancel your order, you can do it until the day before its dispatch. To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Exchanges
If you received a faulty item and you need to replace it by the same item, contact us to request an exchange. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item through our online customer service (you will be refunded your original purchase price when we receive the item) and place another order for the item you wish to buy.
Your request processing will take between 3 to 5 business days.
Note: The specific characteristics of our items may vary according to the country of destination. This means that some products are developed with unique specifications for each market. We do not take responsability for the use of our products in other country than the destination country, or provide technical assistance on products purchased in other stores.
Items that are non returnable
Tudo-Beleza does not accept returns of the following items:
· Any product missing the serial number or UPC.
· Items purchased through other stores than Tudo-Beleza.
Receiving a refund
We will request a refund after we receive and process your return. You will receive your refund within a maximum of 4 weeks after you deliver your items to the shipper (although in most cases the refund is processed sooner).
This period includes:
· The time required for us to receive your refund from the shipper - 5 to 10 business days;
· The time needed to process your refund after we receive it - 3 to 5 business days;
· The time required for your bank to accept our request for refund - 5 to 10 business days.
We will notify you by e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.

You will be reimbursed in the amount of the items you have purchased. We do not refund shipping costs.

Most orders placed in the Tudo-Beleza enter the shipping process fast so we can get your items to you as soon as possible.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible through our customer support number.
Wrong or missed items
If you received the wrong item, please contact our Customer Service to initiate a return.
If you are missing an item, please contact our Customer Service to send you the item without any additional charge.
Defective or damaged items
If the order item is defective or damaged, contact our customer service line as soon as possible.
Damage items must be reported within 24 hours after receiving the orderby the customer.
